STILLMILE is a brand presence of No-Cargo, owner Koray Yalcindag. Here we inform you about data protection when using this website and its enquiry form and when contacting us by email or telephone.
Scope
This privacy policy applies to the STILLMILE brand presence, its enquiry form and the handling of enquiries that reach No-Cargo. Version: 10 October 2026.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
No-Cargo, sole proprietorship, owner: Koray Yalcindag, Kiefholzstraße 3, 12435 Berlin, Germany
Telephone: +49 (0) 30 509 311 270 · Email: dispo@no-cargo.de · Website: no-cargo.de
2. Hosting and technical provision
This website is delivered via the platform of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser information in order to deliver the pages and protect the website against misuse and attacks. We do not analyse this data and do not keep our own access logs for this website.
This technical processing serves the secure delivery of the website and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable provision of the website). Cloudflare acts as a processor; processing in the USA cannot be ruled out and takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
3. Enquiry form and contacting us
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, your details – in particular route, cargo, dimensions, dates, an optionally requested return transport, company, email address and, optionally, contact person and telephone number – are transmitted in encrypted form together with any attached files to a server endpoint of this website at Cloudflare. There, an email is generated and sent via Google Workspace (Gmail) to our dispatch mailbox dispo@no-cargo.de; the sender is also this mailbox. Your email address is entered as the reply-to address so that we can answer you directly. The email also contains the website, the language version and the page from which you sent the enquiry. No automatic confirmation email is sent to you. The form serves transport enquiries; it is not a channel for placing orders.
Attached files (up to 5 files, no more than 15 MB in total) are transmitted with your enquiry and stored as attachments of the email in the dispo@no-cargo.de mailbox. Please only attach documents that are required for the transport enquiry. To prevent enquiries from being sent twice by mistake, the server endpoint stores for up to 48 hours only an irreversible check value (hash) of the enquiry together with the enquiry ID and transmission status, but no content. To prevent misuse, your IP address is briefly processed to limit the frequency of enquiries and is not stored permanently.
If you contact No-Cargo via the enquiry form, by email or by telephone, we process and store the personal details you provide, in particular name, email address, telephone number, message and details of the transport request, in order to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. The technical service providers named in this policy process it solely as processors. Information on the AI service providers used can be found in section 8.
Processing to handle your contact is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).
Data provided when contacting us remain with us until you request erasure, withdraw consent to storage or the purpose of storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
4. Cookies and browser storage
5. Services used
To operate this website and the enquiry form we use, as processors, Cloudflare, Inc. (delivery of the website, protection against misuse and server endpoint of the form) and Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Workspace/Gmail for sending and storing the enquiry email in the dispo@no-cargo.de mailbox). Processing in third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out; it takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Images, files and page resources are delivered via this website's domain; the typography uses system fonts. No external font, analytics or advertising services are embedded.
If you open an external link or initiate an email or telephone call using the contact details provided, you use a separate external service or communication channel. The respective privacy notices apply to processing on external websites and by the email or telephone providers you use. This notice describes how we handle enquiries received by No-Cargo.
6. Analytics tools
No analytics or tracking tools are used on this website. We do not use services such as Google Analytics, Matomo or comparable tools. Should this change, we will update this policy before use and obtain your consent where required.
7. Transmission and security
The website and the enquiry form are provided exclusively via a TLS-encrypted HTTPS connection; the transfer to Google Workspace is also encrypted. When you contact us by email or telephone, the transmission paths and security measures depend on the services used. Absolute protection against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.
8. Use of AI-assisted systems for actual contact
No-Cargo partly uses artificial intelligence systems to process enquiries and to be reachable by telephone. Personal data you provide when contacting us may be processed in the process. For enquiries received via the form on this website, the following paragraphs apply in the same way as for other incoming enquiries.
Telephone AI assistant: If you call our service number, your enquiry may be received and processed wholly or partly by a voice-operated AI assistant. In particular, your telephone number, the conversation content and transport enquiry details derived from it are processed. The purpose is to receive, qualify and forward your enquiry. The legal bases are steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in efficient handling (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any recording of the call takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
AI-assisted handling of enquiries: We partly use AI to analyse enquiries actually received, for example by email, telephone or through our external contact or enquiry form, to categorise and prioritise them and prepare draft replies or quotations. The final decision and communication are always handled by our staff; there is no decision based solely on automated processing within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Service providers and transfers to third countries: We use specialised service providers as processors to operate these AI functions. This may involve transfers of personal data to third countries outside the EU or EEA, particularly the USA. Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or, where the respective provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Articles 44 et seq. GDPR). We have processing agreements with the providers under Article 28 GDPR.
Your data are processed and stored only for as long as required for the stated purposes or by statutory retention obligations. You may object to AI-assisted processing at any time and request handling by a human. Please use the No-Cargo contact details above for this purpose.
