We organise prototype transport between development teams, presentations and recipients. Planning follows the version actually prepared: an unpacked model has different requirements from a demonstrator in a transport case. We clarify handling, collection readiness and the required handover date with you.

Prepare a short inventory of everything belonging to the prototype. Identify loose attachments and provide a contact familiar with its construction. If the sample is not yet finished, distinguish actual collection readiness from the preferred delivery date. Changes to its shape, dimensions or packaging need to be considered before arrangements are finalised. Include the latest version reference so that everyone discusses the same object.

What if the prototype changes before collection?

Send the updated dimensions and photographs together with the change description. The relevant condition is the one at collection, not the earlier design. Final transport arrangements should be based on the shipment actually prepared.

With unreleased products or internal projects, companies often want to reveal as little as possible about the contents. A neutral description containing all handling-relevant details is usually enough for planning. What exactly needs to be treated confidentially should be raised explicitly before the order is placed.

Submit samples for tenders and evaluations on time

Tenders and sample evaluations often have a fixed submission deadline and a precise drop-off point. A sample that arrives late or at the wrong place may not be considered. The request should therefore reproduce the submission conditions as accurately as possible.
