Plan your transport

Walk through the process from readiness to the finished state at destination and note who does each step. Commonly requested are on-site packing, extra helpers for heavy items, carrying up stairs, floor and door protection, unpacking at destination and taking back packaging material. We check with your request whether a particular service can be offered for your job and show it as a separate item in the quotation.

Typical additional services and what they require

Carrying up stairs: number of steps, weight of the heaviest item, width of the stairwell. Unpacking at destination: scope required and what happens to the material. Floor protection: type of floor and length of the route. Taking back empties: quantity and whether immediately or later. The more precise these details, the better the quotation fits.

Clarifying specialist services separately

Installation, connection, commissioning, calibration or hanging artworks are specialist services usually handled by your team, the manufacturer or a specialised provider. We time the transport to fit, so that handover and specialist work follow each other smoothly.
