The full address of the actual handover point and a reachable goods contact there. If the billing address differs, identify both functions separately.

Madrid: what must be confirmed before collecting a delicate item?

Decide whether the item can be handed over in its existing packaging. Add photos, packed dimensions and manufacturer instructions for sensitive surfaces. Identify who confirms packaging and condition before collection. State goods value with currency separately from the cover requested; the value alone does not confirm insurance cover.

At the vehicle, on the ground floor or right at the point of use on the third floor: exactly where handover takes place changes staffing, time and planning considerably. We deliver valuable shipments to the agreed final position if you wish – what matters is that the handover point is fixed beforehand and stated in the quotation.

The recipient is in a meeting, off sick or travelling – and the shipment is at the door. With valuable goods, who may accept instead should not be decided on the spot. We plan your delivery with a rule agreed in advance, so that handover stays safe and unambiguous even without the main contact.
