Plan your transport

State whether a pure display model or a functional device is travelling. List all accompanying components, such as monitor, cart, handpieces or training phantoms, and explicitly name batteries, gas cylinders or consumables. Your responsible specialist confirms the condition for handover. In hospitals, deliveries usually go through a central goods-in with fixed hours, so give the receiving point, contact person and project or appointment reference.

Deliveries to hospitals and clinics

Hospitals often have tight delivery times, limited parking and long routes to the training room. Check with your contact on site which entrance deliveries use and whether a lift is available. We plan delivery so that there is enough time between arrival and demonstration for set-up and a function test.

Roadshows across several hospitals

If a demonstrator visits several sites, the stops can be planned as one connected tour. Tell us the order, the dates and whether the device needs to return to the warehouse in between. This produces a schedule in which the device is in place on time at every location.

What matters

  • Distinguish display models from functional demonstrators
  • Explicitly name batteries, gas cylinders and consumables
  • Clarify hospital goods-in and appointment contact in advance
