Plan your transport

Link every shipment to a loan reference and the device ID. Check the contents with the lending company before collection and record them in a list. On return, small parts, cables or the original packaging are often missing – so do not reuse the outbound list unchecked, but have the actually prepared scope confirmed. State separately the agreed return deadline and the times at which the recipient can actually accept.

Demo units circulating between several customers

If a demo unit goes to several prospects in turn, planning it as a chain pays off: collection at the first customer, delivery to the next, without a stop at your own warehouse. Give us the sequence and dates; we show you whether individual runs or continuous planning are more economical.

Handover with a condition note

With loan equipment, the condition at handover and return is especially important. Photos of the packed unit and a short note on the delivery note make later clarification easier. We record handover time and recipient; the technical check of the device is done by the lender.

What matters

  • Combine loan reference and device ID on every shipment
  • Have the return scope checked against the outbound list
  • State return deadline and acceptance hours separately
