Plan your transport
Agree a neutral reference for communication, such as “Project A, 2 packages”. Goods, accompanying information and contacts must still be clearly identifiable through it. Clarify whether product or project names may be visible on the outside; neutral crates without logos are often the simplest solution. All information required for handling, accompanying documents and delivery must remain complete. If there is a non-disclosure agreement or specific requirements, raise them before the order.
Fewer people involved, clearer handovers
Confidentiality comes mainly from a few clearly named handovers. On a direct run the shipment is collected and brought to the recipient without transhipment. Name exactly one person at each location who hands over or accepts, plus a deputy. Everyone then knows to whom the shipment may be released.
What belongs in the request and what does not
The request should contain dimensions, weight, number of packages, handling notes, addresses and dates. Drawings, product names or functional descriptions are not needed. If you send photos, the closed packaging is enough. Raise any special wishes, such as a neutral vehicle; we will tell you openly what can be done.
