Plan your transport
Give the laboratory, delivery address and the order reference under which the device is expected. Describe the device together with the accessories to be calibrated, such as sensors, adapters or cables, so that the lab recognises the scope immediately. For the return journey, what counts is not the expected end of testing but confirmed readiness for collection. If accessories or packaging are changed at the lab, we need the new details before the return run.
Keeping equipment downtime short
Every day without a reference device can delay testing in your own operation. Ask the lab when the device will be accepted and how long processing is expected to take. We plan delivery as close as possible to that acceptance time and align the collection with the completion notice.
Several devices in the calibration cycle
If several devices regularly go to the same laboratory, we can transport them together or offer a recurring process. A list with device ID, due date and packages per device makes planning across the year easier.
What matters
- Use the lab’s order reference and acceptance hours
- Match accessories to be calibrated with the laboratory
- Fix the return run only after confirmed readiness
