Plan your transport
Describe the prepared unit and name parts already packed separately, such as glass panels, shelves or product holders. For custom builds, show both the complete object and any connections and protrusions. What matters is whether the display travels empty or with the exhibited product – a proven presentation in the store is not automatically a suitable transport configuration. The handover point may differ from the later installation spot; name who handles internal routes and set-up after handover.
Displays in a multi-site rollout
If identical displays are delivered to several branches or partners, standard packaging and a packing list per site pay off. We can plan the deliveries as a tour or as a series of individual runs, depending on how close together the dates are.
Electronics in the display
Integrated screens, lighting and power supplies should be mentioned in the goods description. Check with the manufacturer whether screens need to be removed or secured for transport. Electrical commissioning at destination is done by your team or a specialist contractor.
What matters
- State clearly whether the display is empty or loaded
- Record panels, shelves and holders separately
- Distinguish the handover point from the later position
