Plan your transport

Give us the fair, hall and stand number, the organiser’s delivery times and access rules for the grounds. Many fairs use time slots and vehicle access permits; forward these documents to us early. Name who will accept the exhibits at the stand and clarify whether empty packaging is to be stored during the fair or taken away. For the return, what matters is when dismantling may start after closing and whether all items go back to the same place.

A single exhibit amid the build-up bustle

During build-up the halls are busy: forklifts, stand builders, pallets. For a delicate exhibit, an agreed time slot is worthwhile, when the stand is already in place and someone from your team can accept it. We plan arrival so that the item does not have to wait long in the aisle.

After closing: dismantling and return

Immediately after closing, the gates are crowded. Clarify whether your exhibit should be collected that evening or the next day, and who will look after it until then. If the item goes straight on to the next event, we plan the onward run instead of the return.

What matters

  • Attach the organiser’s delivery and dismantling times
  • Name the stand contact with a phone number
  • Clarify what happens to empty packaging during the fair
