Plan your transport
Draw up an inventory by room zone and mark which items still have original packaging and which need new protection. Clarify whether the old showroom stays open to the end or closes earlier. For the new site, a simple floor plan with numbered target positions helps: each piece can then be taken straight to its place, if delivery into the room has been agreed. Plan set-up, lighting and decoration by your team separately from the transport.
Sequence: large first, delicate last
It works well to move large furniture and displays first so that the new space is structured before small and delicate pieces follow. That way they are not in the way while set-up is still under way. Tell us your preferred sequence and we will plan loads and runs accordingly.
Protecting the opening date
Allow enough time between the last delivery and opening for finishing work, cleaning and lighting. If time is tight, splitting into an early main delivery and a small final delivery is often more relaxed than a single run the day before.
