Plan your transport

List the appointments with place, date and time window and mark whether the collection can stay with the customer between two appointments or must be collected. It also matters whether individual samples stay with a customer after an appointment. A short stock check against the packing list after each stop reveals discrepancies early and makes the next appointment easier. Also tell us whether your sales team will be present for set-up and dismantling.

Individual runs or one continuous tour

With appointments close together, a continuous tour with the same vehicle can make sense; the collection stays loaded and does not need interim storage. If several days lie between appointments, individual runs are often more economical. We set out both options and their conditions for you.

When appointments move

Sales appointments change frequently. Tell us about changes as soon as they are fixed, and name one person who keeps the schedule up to date. The earlier a change is known, the more likely the tour can be adjusted without an extra run.

What matters

  • List the appointment sequence with places and time windows
  • Record samples left with customers at each appointment
  • Check completeness against the list after each stop
